Precision machined stainless housing for Flow intensifier check valves. It holds the inlet guide and poppet on one side and the outlet seat and poppet on the other, keeping all sealing faces perfectly concentric so the valve fills fast on the suction stroke and snaps shut cleanly on the pressure stroke. Replace the body any time the seat pocket is chipped, threads are damaged, or the bore shows wash out.

Service tip: when replacing the body, always install a new outlet seat, both poppets, and the spring mixing old and new sealing partners can cause chatter and pressure drop.
